Uchechi Ijeoma Edosomwan 2021

The manual was developed as part of her capstone project during the AIG Public Leaders Programme, which gives programme participants the opportunity apply a key idea from one of their core modules and use that idea to advance an initiative in their organisations. In a message to the Foundation, Uchechi expressed her profound gratitude for the learning she received during the PLP, which provided her with the skills and knowledge to develop the training manual and have a positive impact on her organisation.

AIG Public Leaders Programme Alumni, Uchechi Edosomwan was commended by the Nigerian Airspace Management Authority (NAMA) for the development of an On-The-Job training manual that monitors and effectively benchmarks the performance and achievement of the strategic goals and organizational effectiveness of NAMA.
