Overview

We work closely with the government and the private sector to provide funding and technical assistance for civil service reform initiatives and to develop programmes to build the capacity of the public sector workforce. We partner with civil society and academia to create evidence based advocacy tools that promote systems and frameworks to deepen public sector transparency and accountability. To reach our healthcare goals, we collaborate with carefully chosen affiliates who share our passion for enabling all citizens to have access to quality and affordable healthcare.

Our evidence based advocacy is focused on providing citizens with information and knowledge about public sector performance so that they are empowered to call for improved public service delivery and hold government accountable. We also advocate for increased private-public sector collaboration and knowledge transfer to improve the effectiveness of the public sector.

We are focused on building the capacity of civil servants and other public sector officials to be more effective in their roles. We do this by funding scholarships, developing executive training programmes based on the needs of the public sector workforce and collaborating with government entities to support their capacity building initiatives.

We support the reform initiatives of public sector entities by providing financing, strategic support and technical assistance, focusing on projects that will ultimately contribute to a more effective service. We are currently working  with the Office of the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation supporting its digitalisation, performance management and culture change efforts.

We are committed to improving access to quality, affordable healthcare and are working with the Nigerian government to strengthen primary healthcare systems for better health outcomes for all citizens. We also collaborate with carefully chosen partners providing them with strategic support and funding to address some of the most significant challenges in Africa's primary healthcare sector.
